The Position – Digital Quality Assurance
This careers position will be accountable for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Websites, CLM E-Detailers, and Emailers. In addition, the role requires strong testing skills in UI development and effective collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Responsible for overall digital asset Quality Assurance, ensuring functionality and proper look & feel in accordance with the brief.
In addition, this role covers Quality Assurance of E-Detailers and Websites once configured.
Furthermore, the position includes Quality Assurance of Emails and verification across desktop and mobile devices and email clients.
Finally, the role ensures that asset relationships between produced materials and the DAM are proper and complete.
Contributor to Content Hub KPIs, including quality, time to market, satisfaction, cost avoidance, content reuse, and insight generation.
Qualification & Experience
M.Sc., B.Sc., B.E, or similar graduate degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in quality assurance of Websites, Emailers, and E-Detailers, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
Experience in manual testing methodologies, including test plans, test cases, and defect reporting.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Excellent English communication skills and comfort working across cultures.
Industry-recognized QA certifications and testing tools experience are a plus.

The Position – Business Analyst
This careers role will drive finance transformation from Excel-based sales forecasting models to GFP-enabled forecasting systems. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for procedure updates, training material development, data consolidation improvements, and stakeholder coordination.
Managed or participated in finance transformation or implementation projects.
Functional knowledge in financial planning and analysis, sales forecasting, and data analytics.
Strong financial modelling skills in Excel and in-depth SAP BW knowledge.
Proficiency with MS Office and budgeting processes.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
